You should tell Avanza United if information on your return appears incorrect, incomplete, or unclear before the return is filed. You should never approve a return that you know contains incorrect information.
8. Information and Documents You Provide
You agree to provide complete, accurate, current, and truthful information when requesting services. This may include income records, expense records, tax forms, identification documents, business records, dependent information, and other supporting documents. You are responsible for telling Avanza United about information that may affect the requested service. Missing, inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or late information may delay or prevent completion of services. Avanza United may ask questions or request additional documents when needed.
9. Avanza United Due Diligence
Avanza United may review information and documents provided by clients as needed to perform tax preparation services and meet applicable requirements. If information appears incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear, we may ask additional questions or request supporting information. 10. Document Deadlines
You are responsible for providing requested information and documents on time. Providing documents close to a tax deadline does not guarantee that Avanza United will be able to complete or file your return before that deadline. Avanza United may establish internal deadlines for receiving documents. Missing an internal deadline may result in delayed service or the need to discuss other filing options.
11. Government Filing and Processing
Avanza United does not control the Internal Revenue Service, state tax agencies, or other government agencies. We cannot control:
- Government processing times
- Government system outages

12. General Website Information
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Website content may discuss taxes, businesses, bookkeeping, administrative matters, or other topics. General website information is not personal advice for your individual situation. You should not make an important tax, legal, financial, or business decision based only on general website content.
13. No Professional Relationship From Website Use
Visiting the website, reading website content, joining the waitlist, or submitting a general inquiry does not automatically create a professional or client relationship with Avanza United. A service relationship begins only when Avanza United agrees to provide a service and any required agreements or procedures have been completed.
14. No Legal Advice
Avanza United does not provide legal advice unless a specific service is expressly identified as legal services and is provided by a person legally authorized to provide that advice. General information, administrative help, tax preparation, translation, or help completing forms should not be treated as legal advice. Using the website does not create an attorney-client relationship.
15. No Investment or Financial Planning Advice
Website content and general Avanza United services should not be treated as investment advice, securities advice, or personal financial planning unless a service is specifically identified as such and is provided by an appropriately qualified person.
16. ITIN and EIN Assistance
Avanza United may provide assistance related to ITIN and EIN applications. Assistance does not guarantee that an application will be approved. The appropriate government agency makes the final decision regarding an application. Processing times may also be controlled by the government agency rather than Avanza United.
17. Translation Services
Avanza United may provide translation services for eligible documents. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, Avanza United does not guarantee that a translation will be accepted by a court, government agency, school, employer, financial institution, or other organization. You are responsible for determining whether an organization requires a certified translation, sworn translation, notarization, special format, or another requirement before ordering the service.
18. General Administrative Support
General administrative support may include help with forms, documents, applications, organization, or similar tasks. Administrative support does not automatically include legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or financial advice. Avanza United may decline a request that requires a professional service we do not provide.
19. Bookkeeping Services
Bookkeeping services depend on the records and information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete business records. Bookkeeping services do not automatically include tax preparation, financial planning, legal advice, audits, reviews, or other professional services unless those services are separately agreed upon.
20. Identity Verification
Avanza United may take reasonable steps to confirm a person's identity before providing certain services. We may request identification or supporting documents when appropriate. Services may be delayed, limited, or refused when identity cannot be reasonably verified or when we suspect fraud, identity theft, false documents, or other unlawful activity.
21. Right to Refuse or Stop Service
To the extent permitted by law, Avanza United may refuse, suspend, or stop providing services. Reasons may include:
- Suspected fraud

Failure to respond may delay services. Avanza United is not responsible for delays caused by outdated contact information provided by you or your failure to respond to reasonable requests.
24. Electronic Communications
When you communicate with Avanza United electronically, you understand that communications may take place through website forms, email, text messages, telephone systems, portals, or other electronic tools. No electronic communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure or available at all times. Do not send sensitive tax or identity information through an unsecured communication method unless Avanza United specifically instructs you to use that method.
25. SMS and Text Messages
If you provide a mobile telephone number, Avanza United may use that number for service-related communications when permitted. These communications may include:
- Waitlist updates
- Appointment information

- Service updates
Marketing or automated text messages may require separate consent. Where required, Avanza United will request that consent separately. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Where supported, you may reply STOP to stop eligible text messages. Where supported, you may reply HELP for assistance. Stopping promotional text messages may not prevent Avanza United from sending other communications that are legally permitted or necessary for services you requested.
26. Promotional Email
Avanza United may send promotional emails when permitted by law. Marketing emails may contain information about services, offers, tax information, business information, promotions, or other Avanza United content. Where required, promotional emails will provide a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily stop service, transaction, security, or other non-marketing communications.
27. Electronic Signatures and Digital Consent
Avanza United may use electronic forms, electronic signatures, checkboxes, digital agreements, or other electronic methods to obtain consent or authorization. When permitted by law, an electronic signature or electronic acceptance may have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. You are responsible for reviewing a document before electronically signing or accepting it. Some tax-related disclosures or consents may have additional legal requirements and may be presented separately.
28. Website Estimates and Examples
Any examples, calculations, refund illustrations, timelines, pricing examples, tax examples, or other estimates shown on the website are for general informational purposes unless clearly stated otherwise. Actual results may be different. An estimate is not a guarantee.
29. Fees and Payments
Fees for Avanza United services may vary depending on the service requested, complexity of the work, information provided, and other relevant factors. Any specific payment requirements, deposits, payment schedules, additional charges, or service fees may be provided separately before or during a service engagement. The website does not guarantee a particular price unless the price is expressly identified as a binding offer.
30. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation rules may depend on the service purchased and the amount of work already completed. Any service-specific refund, deposit, or cancellation terms may be provided before purchase or in a separate service agreement. Where separate refund or cancellation terms apply, those terms control for that service.
31. Recordkeeping
Avanza United may maintain records related to services, communications, forms, documents, consents, payments, and other business activities. Records may be maintained when needed for tax preparation, legal compliance, security, accounting, business operations, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes. 42. Changes to Services
Avanza United may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue website features or services. The availability of a service at one time does not guarantee that the service will remain available.
43. Service-Specific Agreements
Certain services may require a separate engagement letter, service agreement, consent, disclosure, authorization, payment agreement, or other document. If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms of Use, the service-specific agreement controls for that service to the extent of the conflict. The Privacy Policy continues to apply as provided in that policy.

Do not publish an arbitration or class-action waiver here unless Avanza United has specifically adopted and reviewed those terms.
48. Severability
If a court or other authority determines that one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
