We may delay or refuse to prepare or file a return until questions are resolved. Avanza United will not knowingly prepare or file information that we believe is false or improper.

10. Document Deadlines

You are responsible for providing requested information and documents on time. Providing documents close to a tax deadline does not guarantee that Avanza United will be able to complete or file your return before that deadline. Avanza United may establish internal deadlines for receiving documents. Missing an internal deadline may result in delayed service or the need to discuss other filing options.

11. Government Filing and Processing

Avanza United does not control the Internal Revenue Service, state tax agencies, or other government agencies. We cannot control:

Government processing times
Government system outages
Refund timing
Government notices
Government reviews
Audits
Requests for additional information
Government approval or rejection
Changes in government procedures

An estimated government processing time is not a guarantee.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, Avanza United does not guarantee that a translation will be accepted by a court, government agency, school, employer, financial institution, or other organization. You are responsible for determining whether an organization requires a certified translation, sworn translation, notarization, special format, or another requirement before ordering the service.

18. General Administrative Support

General administrative support may include help with forms, documents, applications, organization, or similar tasks. Administrative support does not automatically include legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or financial advice. Avanza United may decline a request that requires a professional service we do not provide.

19. Bookkeeping Services

Bookkeeping services depend on the records and information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete business records. Bookkeeping services do not automatically include tax preparation, financial planning, legal advice, audits, reviews, or other professional services unless those services are separately agreed upon.

20. Identity Verification

Avanza United may take reasonable steps to confirm a person's identity before providing certain services. We may request identification or supporting documents when appropriate. Services may be delayed, limited, or refused when identity cannot be reasonably verified or when we suspect fraud, identity theft, false documents, or other unlawful activity.

21. Right to Refuse or Stop Service

To the extent permitted by law, Avanza United may refuse, suspend, or stop providing services. Reasons may include:
